Things you should eat for dieting

I want to know everyone that if you want to do weight loss you don't need to quit food at all.
Please follow a proper diet which I suggest -( and please don't skip meals ) 
1) have high fiber in your diet - from salads, or nuts, anjeer if u can eat, popcorn, seeds, etc.
2 ) have a high protein diet - don't skip meals alter the nature of eating ...if u eat 3 capatees - take one chapatee with a lot of sabji which should be rich in protein - add panner, dal, egg, etc in our veggies.
3 ) drink - u can have coffee black or milk coffee as coffee Inc BMR very much.
