The Major Cause of Arthritis and How to Relieve It

If people take care of their health and eat the right things, they can avoid most of the problems associated with arthritis. There is no cure for arthritis, but if the joints are inflamed, it can usually be treated. The main cause of joint inflammation is usually a health issue, and diet is a big part of that.

A healthy joint is one that moves without any restrictions. The bones move smoothly over each other because of the articular cartilage that buffers the bony surface. This is lubricated by synovial fluid which is thick and is absorbed by the cartilage when the joint is at rest. When flexed into movement, the fluid is squeezed.

To explain this, think of a hinge that is oiled. If it rusts, you can put more oil on it to free it up again. But if it is corroded, there is no way to fix it.

Joints are hinges. When they break or when they are hit, the synovial fluid leaks out. Substances that pass through the blood barrier replace the synovial fluid. These include refined foods, such as ground flour, rice, or cornflour. Sugar also plays a part.

There are different ways to protect your joints when playing sports. You should also seek medical treatment as soon as you get injured. After that, it is important to have a good diet and be aware of what causes arthritis. There is no one guaranteed way to prevent arthritis, but there are things you can do to increase your chances of avoiding it
