Childhood obesity is an increasing problem in the current era.
And childhood obesity leads to many complications and risks related to future adulthood diseases like hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, abnormal lipids, etc 

How to maintain a healthy lifestyle from childhood itself :
1. Train your child to eat homemade foods and not junk foods..( can eat junk foods occasionally )
2. Improve your diet and lifestyle as well because child ultimately learns from parents and households
3. Avoid excessive chocolates and cold drinks
4. Avoid carbonated drinks( Pepsi, thumps up, coco cola, etc) 
5. Make a habit of including vegetable salad and fruits in your diet( provides vitamins and fibers, prevents constipation)
6. Make children physically active by allowing him/her to do outdoor activities, instead of giving them mobile phone games or video games to play. ( It makes their metabolism good and healthy)

Certain medical signs of diseases related to obesity/weight loss in which, you should consult a Pediatrician:
1. Excess weight loss despite adequate eating diet 
2. Excess and rapid weight gain in a short period 
3. Weight gain associated with excessive sleep and constipation
4. weight loss with persistent cough/low-grade fever
