Portion size matters a whole lot !!

When it comes to choosing the macronutrients that you require to fuel your body, it isn’t enough to just incorporate carbohydrates, proteins, and fats into your diet without understanding how much to consume.

Sometimes we may eat too much fat and not enough carbohydrates and protein.
Sometimes we may consume too many carbs, very little protein, and healthy fat.

The best way to approach this meal planning process is to remember to have a plate that helps you achieve this level of balance better.

Partitioning your macronutrients into separate compartments while eating, will help you reduce overeating and undereating.

Focus on Β½ portion of vegetables, πŸ₯•πŸ₯—πŸ₯¬πŸ₯¦ ΒΌ portion of protein πŸ—πŸ₯©πŸ³ and ΒΌ portion of carbohydrate. πŸ₯”πŸ₯–πŸžπŸš
